The Kirkfield lift lock, part of the Trent-Severn Waterway linking Lake Ontario to Georgian Bay, is reimagined in combination with infrastructural elements from Jasper, Venice, and Edmonton, compressing physical spaces and linking the transportation, services, and economies of disparate sites.
